Jameelah Al Hawajer (Alixir x Thee Midnight Angel)
The Paradise Arabians family is proud to congratulate Dr. Ghanem Al Hajri on another outstanding accomplishment at the 2010 Ajman Arabian Horse Show over the weekend, and we are so excited that the 2-year-old exquisite black straight Egyptian Arabian filly Jameelah Al Hawajer (Alixir x Thee Midnight Angel), obtained from Paradise Arabians, was a major part of that achievement! The success of Jameelah and her stablemates was enough to win Dr. Al Hajri a $250,000 cash prize and a new Mercedes Benz!
This marks Jameelah’s SECOND headline in the United Arab Emirates in the past few months (click here to read about her first), and she will be coming back to the US soon to compete at the Arabian Breeders World Cup and the Egyptian Event for Dr. Hajri. Jameelah will be shown in the States by Matthew Gales of Brookville Arabians, who also trains for Paradise.
Paradise client Robyn Thomas bred the filly, who was initially purchased by Donna Rovere, then by Dr. Al Hajri with the assistance of Annabella Gelbard and Matthew Gales at Brookville Arabians.

Karin Amin Al Jannat (Thee Asil x Anna Bellla)
The Kenworthy family was honored to participate in the Frank Ski Kids Foundation benefit in December. We donated the beautiful chestnut stallion Karin Amin Al Jannat (Thee Asil x Anna Bellla) to help raise money for this worthwhile charity. Founder Frank Ski, an influential and respected Atlanta radio personality, hosts this annual event with his wife Tanya in their home. Attendees also included basketball Hall of Famer Julius Irving (”Doctor J”), Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Ambassador Andrew Young, a former mayor of Atlanta, several Atlanta-based music stars, and, of course, Gary, Wanda, Matt and Misty Kenworthy!

Karin Amin Al Jannat was purchased by a partnership of two couples: Kevin “Shakespeare” Briggs and Terrinee L. Briggs, Esq., and Albert Woodard and June Nuckolls. Mr. Briggs, a Grammy-nominated songwriter and producer, and Mr. Woodard have already visited Paradise and their new horse! We welcome them to the Paradise family!

Jameelah Al Hawajer
Paradise Arabians congratulates Dr. Ghanem Al Hajri and yearling filly Jameelah Al Hawajer (Alixir x Thee Midnight Angel) on their win at the Egyptian Event Sharjah, UAE this weekend! Jameelah Al Hawajer was named UNANIMOUS Champion Yearling Filly, and went on to be crowned Reserve Supreme Champion Mare of the show! With the help of our friends at Brookville Arabians, Dr. Al Hajri purchased the beautiful black filly from Donna Rovere through Paradise this summer, and he plans to bring her back to the United States in 2010 to compete! Bred by Robyn Thomas, Jameelah has been special since the minute she was born. We are thrilled for Dr. Al Hajri and wish him continued many more years of ribbons with Jameelah!
On Friday, September 18th, Paradise Arabians and its clients competed in the 30th annual Music City Arabian Show at Miller Coliseum in Murfreesboro, TN, and we CLEANED UP!
Highlights of the show included:
Owner Christopher Clinkenbeard saw his colt Neo De Bloodstone crowned Junior Champion Colt in his first time ever to see the horse show! Paradise bred/trained horses swept the first 4 places of the Amateur Halter Fillies class in a group of 13 horses! All competitors and fans had a great time and celebrated our great victories back at the Paradise stalls!
