1994 Black Mare
The Minstril x Aliala

Alia Riyala is undeniably the queen of Paradise. A magnificent mare, Alia Riyala carries herself with such presence that she has been known to stop people in their tracks upon first glance. A dream come true who attracts visitors from literally around the world, our own “Ali” is linebred to the legendary sire Ruminaja Ali, and she has never let us down.
The first filly purchased by Gary and Wanda, before Paradise was even established, Alia Riyala has established a dynasty that includes our very own herd sire The Singleton, carrying on our strong belief in legacy through the generations. Amazingly, she was only 4 days old when the Kenworthys picked her to be their foundation mare.
Show Record:
2008 Egyptian Event Produce of Dam Reserve Champion
1995 Egyptian Event Amateur Halter Mares Champion
As a yearling, Ali proved her prowess as a show filly by winning the Amateur Halter Mares Championship at the 1995 Egyptian Event, with Gary, a novice handler at the time, on the other end of the lead.
Since then, Alia Riyala has secured her place in our hearts and minds as a mare who will spend her entire life on our farm.
Alia Riyala’s foals
To date, Ali has produced 10 foals! A fantastic producer of both colts and fillies, she’s the mother of:
Alia Shaniah, the first foal ever produced by Paradise, a multiple Egyptian Event Reserve Champion and mother of The Legend, the 2008 Egyptian Event Reserve Supreme Champion Stallion and 2007 Reserve World Class Egyptian Event Champion Colt!

SoVeign, the late Egyptian Event Champion and sire of 6 foals,

The Singleton, his older full brother, who is now our herd sire,
Black Desperado, a black stallion who’s a champion in Israel, and two absolutely knockout fillies by German import stallion Mishaal HP. The first, Mishaals Gift RCA, is now owned by Judy Sirbasku of Waco, TX, and the other, Emirat Riyala, showed successfully as a yearling at the 2008 Egyptian Event.
No matter which top stallion Ali is bred to, she delivers a foal that is extra special, as proven by her Reserve Champion win in the Produce of Dam class at the 2008 Egyptian Event. 3 of Ali’s foals by 3 different stallions were entered, and all were beautiful.
Two of Ali’s daughters showed at the 2008 Egyptian Event—her first filly, Alia Shaniah, was Reserve Champion in the 10 and over Mares class and Champion in the Amateur Halter Mares, JTH class, and her youngest, Emirat Riyala, was Top 10 (6th) in the extremely competitive yearling futurity finals.
In May 2008, Alia Riyala delivered the very FIRST filly sired by our young stallion Scapa, and the beautiful chestnut is so special, she has been named Bint Alia Riyala and will be part of the Paradise broodmare band forever.
A rare opportunity:
Rather than continue to produce one foal per year out of this gorgeous, world-famous mare, we have decided to make Alia Riyala’s embryos available to the public for purchase. Breeding Ali to the stallion of your choice allows unlimited opportunities to create the foal you’ve always hoped for! Contact us for more information.
