Esprit De Mareekh x JKB Raqua
1995 Chestnut Mare
Saklawi Jedran Strain
This unassuming chestnut has been one of our most joyous surprises. An unshown, quiet, outcross mare, we brought Fantasia into our program to bring more diversity into our bloodlines. Over the years, she has impressed us with her consistent production of quality foals. Bred to multiple stallions during her career, Fantasia has never failed to produce amazingly for us, thus earning her place as a foundation mare for Paradise.
BFA Fantasia’s Foals
Her 2003 black colt by Thee Desperado, Ibn Amid, was purchased sight unseen by the Emissary to the King of Morocco. Once known in royal circles, Ibn Amid was quickly purchased by the King of Bahrain, King Hamed. Ibn Amid earned a Gold Rating at the German Stallion Show as a young colt and has gone on to sire a beautiful black filly in Germany.

In 2007, Fantasia foaled one of the most spectacular show fillies we’d ever bred, this time as part of The Singleton’s first foal crop. Malakeh Samawiyeh is owned by Jim and Cindy Webster.
In June 2008, Fantasia gave us Mahrajan Al Jannat, a bay colt by Scapa. He’s one of Scapa’s first foals, has a unique mix of bloodlines, and is growing up to be simply amazing.
