Scapa had an incredible showing at the 2008 Arabian Breeders World Cup in Las Vegas with Greg Knowles!

At the 2008 Egyptian Event, he earned an incredible 3 PERFECT 20s in his class!

Scapa, a young, 75% outcross stallion, was a star as soon as he was born. The fastest Arabian horse breeder Gary Kenworthy has ever seen, he is both extremely athletic and unbelievably beautiful.

ScapaStunning. Attention-grabbing. Astonishing. These are a few of the adjectives used to describe our young stallion, who was already an imposing 15.2 hh at 2 years of age. At liberty, his trot is so extended you can’t help but picture him competing with warmbloods in dressage. Turn him loose in a big pasture, and his speed is breathtaking—he looks like he belongs on the racetrack. Add to this athleticism an incredibly sculpted face, sleek, muscled, high-set neck, and a smooth body, and you’ve got a package that’s very impressive. Though he is extraordinarily tall at the withers, perhaps his most impressive feature is his scope. He is so upright, with so much arch in his neck, he literally looks “down” on everything and everyone!

ScapaPedigree
Scapa’s bloodlines bring a mix of European blood and the best of American bloodlines. Through his sire, Mishaal HP, a German stallion certified Platinum by that nation’s stallion test (the highest award given), Scapa is a grandson of Reserve World Champion Stallion Ansata Sinan and he includes in the sire side of his pedigree the likes of Prince Fa Moniet, TheEgyptianPrince, Ansata Halim Shah, and Mesoudah M, Imperial Madheen’s full sister. Through his mother, Scapa carries the blood of Bint Magidaa, Thee Desperado, The Minstril, Ruminaja Ali, Moniet El Nafis, Ansata Imperial and Imperial Imdal. A 75% outcross pedigree to our Thee Desperado-bred mares, Scapa offers the opportunity for new blood while still keeping our priorities as a breeding program—producing undeniably beautiful Arabian foals who can win in the show ring and in the breeding barn.
